    Very unreliable and inefficient. Sending via dtdc after taking premium charge for quick delivery.

    I had just made an enquiry and then booked with another supplier. But they called me and promised me that birthday decor will be delivered on time. I had cancelled my decoratir becasue this backdrop looked nice. They asked me to pay extra amount for faster delivery which i did. But then i found out they sent via dtdc and the product never arrived. I got a call from dtdc that they found the product after 2 days. Bow these guys after destroying my sons birthday are not even issuing a refund.
