Once you place your order we will Personalize it with your baby details and we deliver it.
Since most of the products are personalized with your baby details it cannot be reused by us, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All the items cannot be returned, like personalized goods (such as Personalized Party Supplies), Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
We do not accept returns, Since our business is a type of selling personalized item and also we manufacture products only after we receive the order so we don't reuse or resend the products. We do not accept return/refund unless and until there is a damage in the product that needs to be approved from office end or mistake done during personalization or shipped the wrong product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges in Case of Damages
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refund Deposit Status
Once the Refund is approved from our end then the number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account will be taken 3-5 Business days.
