Very disappointed with the service. I received my order only after the event, even though the team had clearly confirmed delivery before the date. The delay completely defeated the purpose of the order. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor – the way they spoke was rude and unprofessional. This was the worst experience, and I would not recommend their service to anyone.
