Questions parents ask

Are the welcome boards personalised?

Yes, where the product page asks for a name, age or photo, it is printed to order with your details. Personalised items are made for you, so they cannot be returned, but anything damaged, misprinted or wrong is replaced.

Do the welcome boards match the rest of my party theme?

Yes. Every design uses the same artwork as that theme's backdrops, welcome boards and cake toppers, so you can mix and match from the theme's collection.

How early should I order for my party date?

Order at least 8 to 10 days before the party: personalised items are dispatched in 1 to 2 business days and delivered in 4 to 6. If you are short on time, choose priority delivery (2 to 3 business days) at checkout or message us on WhatsApp on +91 98411 31131.
